LOCAL Public Eatery Kamloops

We had our first visit to The Local Pub Eatery in Kamloops upon the recommendation of an acquaintance who works there, and we were very impressed with the overall experience. The service was excellent — our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. The Pork BBQ meal was my favorite, and the cheese perogies with bacon are definitely something to try. I also enjoyed the refreshing watermelon cocktail. The food was satisfying, and the ambiance was warm, welcoming, and lively. We truly appreciate the great hospitality and will gladly recommend this place .

We were passing through Kamloops and a friend that was with me wanted to eat here.nWas happy to see they had a brunch menu with drinks and food. I had ordered the Caesar off the brunch menu$10 and I charged for a regular one I’m guessing? He asked me if I wanted a single or double I said I wanted the one off the brunch menu and I went to the $10 drink on the menu yet I still got charged $13.50, not too impressed about that.nMy friend had ordered the fries off the happy hour menu from a different server that delivered us drinks and got charged for a side fries.nJared K., Our server had a great personality and the food was good but when you specifically order something off of the menu and verbally specify the $10 drink it’s a little discouraging to want to go back or even recommend that place to others for the sole fact that you’ll get charged different from what the menu lists.nYes I’m frugal.

My fav place to go after work since they open late . Food and drinks are always greatttttt. Love their HAPPY HOUR MENUUU. Tried desert today upon recommendation and we loved ittt. Lian G was our server and he was amazinggggg . We enjoyed our dinner and will be back soon :

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The staff were super friendly and handled our group with ease, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of.nnThe food definitely hit the spot. We tried a variety of dishes, and almost everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with great presentation. You could tell they put care into both the cooking and the experience. Portions were generous, and the prices were totally fair for what we got.nnIt’s one of those places where you can laugh out loud, share plates, and leave full and happy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a casual hangout with consistently good vibes and even better food.nnDefinitely coming back!
