Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

The atmosphere is very welcoming. The server Taylor was super friendly and knowledgeable with food allergies. The food was hot and tasty. Lots of GF opinions

My review is for this visit, at this location. I've had much better Red Robin experiences.nI have sympathy for the fact that they were very busy, and probably short-staffed like everywhere else, and our waiter was great but way too busy to even be able to give the kind of service he probably wanted to.nnThe issue was the food. Two parties got the jalapeno dippers, they came out on the colder side of perfect eating temperature, which means that they were cold very quickly. You can also see in the picture that they are quite dark, I have never had them that dark before so they spent a little too much time in the fryer. My sister got the deep fried brussel sprouts and the tsunami shrimp, the Brussels sprouts were burnt, and the tsunami shrimp were cold. Based on all three deep fried items being a little overcooked, my suspicion is that they sat out for so long that they were put back in the deep fryer in an attempt to warm them back up.nFrom the time we ordered until we got our food was probably close to an hour. Red Robin is nice in that if they know you've been waiting forever they tend to show up with a free basket of fries.nThis won't keep me from going back to Red Robin, but if it ever looks that busy when I walk in again, I won't stay.

Good food and great service. We did have to switch tables because the bench seats were broken. They were aware and are changing them out. But server was very polite and helpful. Food was hot and ready in a very timely manner.

Excellent food and service. Great place if u need a quick stop for food. In and out under 30 mins. The Manager is fantastic I can't say enough great things. Thank you for the excellent service Katie. I recommend the BBQ Chicken Wrap sub crispy chicken instead or the California Chicken Burger Sub Crispy chicken as in the picture.

The food is always delicious at Red Robin. We are constantly trying new items on the menu at the Kamloops Red Robin because everything is so gosh darned delicious! Wraps. Salads. Burgers. Onion rings. Sweet potato fries. They will even lettuce wrap your burgers on request! We have never been disappointed when we grab a to go order from Red Robin! I swear the staff know me by name now because I keep coming back! And why not? The food is amazing and the staff is wonderful! If only you could somehow get bottomless fries when you order takeout :- ... And now they've updated their burger menu! With delicious and spicy burgers that I hope are here to stay! Try the Scorpion burger! It bites back!!nAnother great meal at Red Robin! The Pineapple upside down shake with Captain was a fantastic way to end the evening! Keep it on the menu!nBack again! Our server was top notch and took care of all concerns prompty! Thanks RR!!
