Great service, friendly staff! Good selection of good quality products. It priced as any other quality products. Very happy with my purchase.

We had 2 rugs cut 1 for our front entrance and 1 for our mud room out of the same piece however the pattern was askew on both which we did not notice until a few days after using the rugs. I called the store and sent them pictures and they replaced the rugs in a timely manner without any hassle! Very happy with customer service.

The Area Rug Gallery has a fantastic selection of rugs to suit a wide variety of styles and tastes. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating, and you can tell they take great pride in what they do. Definitely worth checking out the next time you need a unique, high-quality area rug.

Very helpful with making selections and problem-solving solutions to issues. Very personable and helpful staff. Jill went out of her way to accommodate my difficult installation timelines.  Carpets look great! A very good experience overall.  I'd recommend them.
