receptionist is decieving, place is a scam! booked to remove a cyst, seemed strange no consult or prior info needed to remove she said all done in apt. told 80 fee for the visit. when I arrived they didnt schedule me for the removal but only a 15 min window for evaluation. i wasn't allowed to leave without paying the 80 bucks.

went there a few times, they're great, professional and friendly, recently got orthotics they're very good, prices are cheap compared to other places

Chiropodist Will Jacob is excellent. He has a great bed-side manner and does not rush you. He is very sharp and gentle. The first time I met him, I needed an ingrown toenail surgically removed. He did it right away and I barely felt a thing. I highly recommend him. His front-desk staff needs improvement in friendliness; however, they are professional. He is great!

I also saw Will Jacob. Amazing!! He is so personable, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him in a heartbeat.

If the measure of good service is how they handle a complaint, or when things don't go perfectly then this office should be recommended. The receptionist was very empathetic when presented with the complaint and Dr. Will was very accommodating and seemed to genuinely care that I was happy with my orthotics.
