Kendalwood Clinic

Wish I could give this clinic 0 stars. Called today to make an appointment and found out I was removed as a patient without even being notified. So this would make me a new patient, but unfortunately they aren’t accepting any new patients. This clinic has all my health history and I’ve been here multiple times before. To remove someone and discard them without even mentioning anything should be illegal in Canada.

There is privacy breach the first thing you’re asked is for your Health card and the reason you came to the clinic. not everybody wants their private life advertised. secondly the doctor prescribes you medication‘s and doesn’t give proper information based on what he’s prescribing

Called like 8 times can't get thru and left 8 messages. I need my medical records transferred to Dr. Boulus new office. Please call me.

Nice doctor, good with kids. If you come early the wait is always reasonable. This is also the only clinic where i regularly see the staff smile and generally in a good mood, it seems that the doctor treats them well The reception staff are also very courteous and nice, this is a rare occurrence so it's appreciated. The doctor almost always follows up with us two days later by a phone call for the kids, which is a very nice gesture, especially as we normally just do walk in, he is not our family doctor

Dr Boulos is the best doctor hands down. He really cares about his patients, he is very direct and straight forward. I have never had a better experience with a family doctor and would not go to any other doctor.

He takes his time with his patients and is great at what he does! He is worth the wait , unlike most walk in clinics, someone I will continue to visit, have been for years. It's hard to find a family doctor, especially someone I like and trust. So it's nice to have someone I can continually go back to and trust he knows what he's doing.

This is the best clinic I've been to in Whitby. The doctor is so nice, personable and fast and honest and very knowledgeable. Last time I had to visit this place, I was in so much pain I could barely breath, but the receptionist and the doctor both brought smiles to my face. The wait times can be long but every walk in clinic I've ever been to is the same way.

the reception staff is ignorant and disrespectful and doesn’t care about patient needs. Dr Boulos is an amazing doctor despite his horrible receptionist

Dr. Boulos is great. They fit me in after I wasn’t able to get into two other walk in clinics, after I left work for a stomach ache. He realized within two minutes that I had appendicitis and got me a referral form written for the ER while he sat with me. He was adamant that I didn’t drive and waited until he was sure that I had a way there. Sure enough, a CT showed my appendix was close to rupturing despite the fact that I didn’t think the pain was bad enough and was prepared to rest at home and take antacids. The nurse and receptionist were great as well, very accommodating and thorough and it is clear that everyone gets along well and works as a team rather than a totem pole! Nothing but good things to say about this clinic!

I've never waited more than 40 min.,which is pretty good for walk in clinics. Dr. Is very nice and so far has been very helpful. Hes a little too fast sometimes but does listen. Pretty clean place too.
