Best value for your money, for this kind of food, especially on Moe Monday (every Monday). Counter service is usually friendly; never rude but not always personal when the line is long. That's why the line moves quickly. Answer, "Yes," to all the options and you get a really big burrito. The salsas (included) are pretty good, too.

I am unsure on what has happened in the last few months, however recently things have changed. The staff seem very uninterested whenever you walk in and don't seem to care about their jobs nor do they care about the customer. The customer service definitely needs some working on, it feels like they'll only care if you give them a tip but even then I still feel like they didn't deserve a tip due to how unfriendly they are coming across as.

I had an issue where I ordered online from the Ithaca store when I meant to order from the Horseheads store. I talked with Mike (in Ithaca) and he let me know he would clear up the charges. He was very helpful and went above and beyond. I don't normally leave reviews but he had it corrected in about 5 mins so I thought it was worth the time. Also, I ended up ordering at the HH store and the food was awesome.

Person making food rushing with no one in line and rude. burritos were not made well at all. cashier was vary nice

Not very clean needs work. Good food but needs to be fixed up and they didn't say welcome to moe's when we walked in.
