My family took me out to celebrate my promotion at work. We'll all had attentions on enjoying ourselves but, as it turned out it was a disaster. Our sever messed up our order several times. The service is slow and bad. They asked us if we wanted the food at the same time and we said yes but, It came at different times and was either cold or room temperature. We're missing items that we ordered they even charged us for drinks that we didn't have. We assisted on speaking with the manager but, she had a nasty attitude like the server then had the nerve to get mad because we didn't want leave a tip $40.00. I will never ever go there again. I would've given no stars but, you need to give a start in order to post a review.

I have always loved used to go all the time when I lived in the area. I went for my birthday two years ago and it was fantastic. This year it was awful! my sister got soda pop spilled all over her bag, they kept forgetting our side sauces on litterally 5 our of the 12 dishes. The waistress stepped on my mother’s foot who just got her knee replaced. I had to send back my meal to be fixed they forgot to bring out my brothers meal completely. My “margarita” was awful. Which is very uncommon for chili’s.The service was absolutey terrible. Thank you chili’s for ruining my birthday dinner.

Waitstaff makes a lot of mistakes. Your order will be returned multiple times for being incorrect. The check takes 10 minutes because they don’t know the computer. You give your order to multiple waitresses and then they tell you the kitchen never got your order. This used to be a great location, but the past year the staff is garbage and there is never a manager there to fix things.

A really top notch Chili's (which is not saying much in regards to food quality) very friendly and helpful staff and bartenders. For a Chili's restaurant like a 8/10for an actual restaurant like a 6.7/10
