Modern Septic Tank

Very misleading customer service. I was charged $97 minus $21 coupon for a feasibility assessment to install a power vent water heater that MODERN can’t do. I explained clearly that I wanted to change from a power vent heater to a direct vent heater, which involves a mechanical contractor license to install the required chimney. It turns out that MODERN only has a plumbing license. It was just a WASTE of money and time.

Modern Septic is great. They understood our dire situation and reacted promptly. We were given advice to help this from happening again.

Not very helpful. Came out to fix something and now the same pipe they fixed leaks.

Have had several contacts with the office - so helpful and friendly. Have had two workers pump out several septic tanks - good advice, thorough, friendly, explain everything; hard workers, careful of property, fair price.

My experience with Modern was positive despite the stressful situation which required their expertise. I had called them to repair a completely blocked sewer waste line which fully withstood a professional drain snake and jet and had caused 2 rental units to back up. I met them at 10am and they were able to give me a quote, start the job around noon and finish before 2pm. Everyone involve whom I spoke with was very pleasant and friendly. I had several questions which they patiently answered. DON'T FLUSH TAMPONS!!!
