I went in knowing that they only sell to contractors and wholesale. I hoped they could at least answer a few questions and point me into a direction of where I can get what I needed. I started explaining the situation and explained that I didn't mind going somewhere else that sold retail if only I knew what the name of this part was. During my explanation, one staff member wandered off, then the other left. There was a plumber customer who asked more questions than the staff! With his help I was able to get the parts I needed from another store, but as for the staff, I was practically invisible! :( I'm hoping to chalk this up to the fact that I am a homeowner. I hope their contractor customers are treated better.
