Great coffee and relaxing atmosphere. It is a nice place to set up camp for a couple of hours... Free Wi-Fi, comfy seats, good coffee and hot chocolate (piled high with whipped cream). The staff are friendly and don't bug you, even if you've been there for the afternoon.

The place was clean, the staff was nice and the drinks and food were good. A bit pricey though...

My female friend and I ordered similar tea, and she got a nice plate and napkin along with tea. I got nothing. When I questioned barista, her response was unprofessional and unsympathetic, totally wonky.

Service is very slow and inefficient, even when there are multiple staff present. Order counter is cramped, even when there are few customers, as coffee station is opposite and too close to sandwich bar.
