Good vibes, employees having fun time with costumers. That said, the boss must be proud of his team as a good atmosphere is important in a good workplace .

So sad. Asked for an iced coffee, waited 10 minutes and they gave me what looked like a frozen lemonade. Come on, tummies...get your stuff and staff together. Try doing more training of staff instead of coming up with new food ideas

Okay i ordered a simple order 2 3x3 coffees and two breakfast. The WHOLE order was wrong, they didnt even put cream or sugar in the coffee it was just black, i ordered a wrap with sausage and bacon + hashbrown potatoes. Had only a sausage no potato in it no bacon. Im sorry but i paid 10$ for this wrap just for it to be wrong and same with my sandwich, no bacon, no sauce just a sausage. I mean if you dont know how to work properly or read then idk what the f youre doing there. This is frustrating because i paid 30$ for an order which was entirely wrong, and they wouldn’t refund me.

It's not just this location, but I would say that 5 out 10 times they get the coffee wrong.nnYou go through the drive through and it's too hot to drink. You finally get to taste it and the double double You ordered has no sugar in it....but maybe they didn't stir it because that's a thing also so you find a pen in the glove and give it a go but no luck there either.nnI just want them to get it right. I'll give up the 30 seconds in the drive through of super fast service for the right order.

As much as I find the people to be friendly, they make quite a lot of mistakes. Now, this is not strictly a problem with this location, it happens everywhere but De La Savane is the location I use the most.nnSo many times I have driven away only to find there was no cream or sugar in my drinks or not the amount that I asked for 3 cream & 2 sugar instead of 2 cream & 3 sugar as requested. Also, and one of the most annoying things to me is when I order a 10 box of assorted Timbits and find only 3 different flavours in it. I know there are more than 3 flavours of Timbits so it boggles my mind as to why it is so hard to get an actual assortment. This mornings order through Skip The Dishes was the worst as they gave me 5 Chocolate and 5 Birthday.nnIf someone who works there is reading this, I hope you bring this to someone attention and fix the issues.
