Tim Hortons

This morning around 8:45 am , I visited this Tim Hortons and ordered a bagel with cheese and a coffee from the drive-thru. For no reason, they just took cash. I went in a hurry and didn’t have time to check my order. Later, when I got to work, I wanted to eat the bagel with cheese and drink the coffee. The bagel with cheese had a bad smell and the bagel was very hard and stale. I didn’t have time to return it right away, so I took the bagel with cheese back during my lunch break. Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility for their mistake, they ignored it.nThey told me, ‘You placed your order in the morning, not now.’nBecause of that, I will not visit this place again and I won’t recommend it to anyone.

We asked for the garlic bread at the drive through but the guy told we don’t have anymore. When we went inside the lady at front counter said we had garlic bread. The garlic bread was not made properly as in the picture. There was no herb and garlic seasoning and the sauce was only half of the portion. It seems like some employees were not willing to serve properly.

I recently moved here. I’ve gone to this location a handful of times since. They’ve gotten my order wrong every.single.time. An iced coffee and a bagel belt, add mayo. Super simple and straight forward. Beyond frustrating. I would recommend driving another 2 minutes and going to the one off of ch de la Savane.

It's not just this location, but I would say that 5 out 10 times they get the coffee wrong.nnYou go through the drive through and it's too hot to drink. You finally get to taste it and the double double You ordered has no sugar in it....but maybe they didn't stir it because that's a thing also so you find a pen in the glove and give it a go but no luck there either.nnI just want them to get it right. I'll give up the 30 seconds in the drive through of super fast service for the right order.

As much as I find the people to be friendly, they make quite a lot of mistakes. Now, this is not strictly a problem with this location, it happens everywhere but De La Savane is the location I use the most.nnSo many times I have driven away only to find there was no cream or sugar in my drinks or not the amount that I asked for 3 cream & 2 sugar instead of 2 cream & 3 sugar as requested. Also, and one of the most annoying things to me is when I order a 10 box of assorted Timbits and find only 3 different flavours in it. I know there are more than 3 flavours of Timbits so it boggles my mind as to why it is so hard to get an actual assortment. This mornings order through Skip The Dishes was the worst as they gave me 5 Chocolate and 5 Birthday.nnIf someone who works there is reading this, I hope you bring this to someone attention and fix the issues.
