Tim Hortons

This morning around 8:45 am , I visited this Tim Hortons and ordered a bagel with cheese and a coffee from the drive-thru. For no reason, they just took cash. I went in a hurry and didn’t have time to check my order. Later, when I got to work, I wanted to eat the bagel with cheese and drink the coffee. The bagel with cheese had a bad smell and the bagel was very hard and stale. I didn’t have time to return it right away, so I took the bagel with cheese back during my lunch break. Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility for their mistake, they ignored it.nThey told me, ‘You placed your order in the morning, not now.’nBecause of that, I will not visit this place again and I won’t recommend it to anyone.

We asked for the garlic bread at the drive through but the guy told we don’t have anymore. When we went inside the lady at front counter said we had garlic bread. The garlic bread was not made properly as in the picture. There was no herb and garlic seasoning and the sauce was only half of the portion. It seems like some employees were not willing to serve properly.

I recently moved here. I’ve gone to this location a handful of times since. They’ve gotten my order wrong every.single.time. An iced coffee and a bagel belt, add mayo. Super simple and straight forward. Beyond frustrating. I would recommend driving another 2 minutes and going to the one off of ch de la Savane.

The orders keep coming back wrong; and I doesn’t seem to matter if the order is placed in French or English. I’ve never gone to the same restaurant 3 times and every time the order is wrong. My issue is that I’ll ask for oat milk and get things with regular milk which leaves me feeling unwell so I’ll just avoid this place.

THE ABSOLUTELY BEST TIM HORTONS I’ve been to in Ottawa/Gatineau area!!!!!! The food was prepared exactly as it should and tasted like never before!!! I order the same wrap every time at Timmies and this time IT WAS THE BEST WRAP I’ve tried so far. My cold brew actually tasted like cold brew and the staff was so nice and welcoming!!! If you are in the area do stop by this location and see for yourself. Absolutely amazing
