I tried to set up an appointment for my pets a few years ago a month in advance and he started laughing on the phone, probably with a smirk on his face, meaning I did not have the money. Just another guy who went into this practice to make a lot of money. Huge prices and arrogant guy. I cancelled and went to another shark, but cheaper. I will never use his service.
