First time visiting with my 10 week old kitten.  Great experience, they had a room ready for me and my pet right away. They explained everything that needed to be done that day and explained in detail whats to come for me and my cat as he gets older.  They definitely made this experience easy for me and my animal.

At the end of November I unfortunately had to bring my second dog here to be euthanized. I had brought with my her favourite blanket to be cremated with. Upon leaving the clinic I had asked that she be cremated with her blanked. Well when we got the urn with her ashes, they also handed us a bag.. with her blanket. It seems they forgot or merely disregarded my request altogether. I would expect a little more professionalism from a place such as this considering they deal with sensitive incidents on a daily basis..It seems they are just there to get your money and aren't too concerned on what their actions are on how to get it.. Obviously they were unable to resolve this issue, and simply got a "I'm sorry response" -in an unconcerned tone. Completely upset with this matter.

Also a few years ago I had initially brought my other dog here to be vaccinated, etc. About a year after that I was up north for work and had received a letter. They had sent there condolences for the loss of my dog... who was still alive. They sent a picture that they had taken when I first brought her in with a heart on it and everything. It really would of been touching if my dog had actually passed away. Imagine my concern to find out "my dog had died" while in the care of my friends. I frantically called them trying to figure out what was going on or how she died, only to learn that the hospital made a huge error. Very disorganized business.

I've had pets all my life in many cities internationally and I've never avoided a necessary visit to the doc for any of them. I started bringing my dog here because of proximity, but in retrospect, I would travel a vast distance to keep my pup in their care. It's not only my experience with the staff and doctor himself, but meeting those patients' parents in the waiting room who profess their content regarding their own pets in cases that go so far as rebounding from near death. I appreciate everything about these people and this place, but most of all I'm grateful that an animal doctor understands the love I have for my 4 legged family members and genuinely care about our quality of life.

Always have a good experience when we visit.  I know my fur baby isnt the easiest patient, they are always very patient.  I like that they always call to check up after a visit:)

Amazing clinic. I have been dealing with these folks back to the days of Dr. Sundmark.  I left the area for awhile for personal reasons but, as soon as I was back, I immediately re-connected with them. And they are still as professional and compassionate as they always were. All of the staff are amazing. I love Dr. Bularca. He takes the time to address concerns and answer questions and he even has a little comedic side to him. They are never trying to over-charged and extra bill as so many other vets do. I always have and always will, recommend this most amazing clinic and all of it's staff to anyone! You will never be disappointed and you will always feel like, to them, your baby is the only one in the world.
