Awesome host and great fishing. Can't wait to go back someday!
Had an amazing 3 day weekend here! The cabins are great! The owner Dustin is one of the nicest people I know. I hope to come back here someday. Restrooms: The restrooms are clean and maintained. Dog-friendliness: Dogs aren't allowed in the cabins. Picnic area: A small spot on the beach.
Great place. Dustin's a really nice fellow and easy to talk with. The fishing is excellent
We camped there for 5 nights. The owners were good people, easy to talk to and willing to help with anything. The fishing was fun when we could get on the water. Also fished the river in Grand Rapids. The washrooms were very clean. The campground could use a grass cut and clean up also the dock could use some work. But other then that we had a good time and will definitely be going back.
Dusten & Meagan the owners of Moak Lake Lodge, Their Knowledge and Customer Service are by Far the Best I have Ever Experienced. You will Not be Disappointed at Moak Lake Lodge. Also Cedar Lake is a Multi Species gem with Trophy Pike, Walleye, Whitefish and Burbot. This is Going to be a Tradition for us staying at Moak Lake Lodge for Years to Come. It was a Great Trip and can't wait to go back.
My husband and I, along with some friends stayed here recently and we were all very happy with the amenities available and the wonderful hospitality we were shown! The new owners, Dusten & Meaghan are a lovely couple who are extremely accommodating and friendly. The washrooms and public amenities on site are very well kept and clean and Cedar Lake is known for some world-class fishing! The beautiful turquoise colored Little Limestone Lake is just a short 45 minute drive away if looking for a day trip from the lodge. Highly recommend this place and would return again - thanks again for a wonderful stay!
Wow! I just can't say enough good things about this campground and particularly the new owners Dusten and Meagan. My wife and I go to at least a couple new campgrounds a year and I don't think we've come across another owner or manager that has been so friendly and accommodating as they were. The property was clean and well looked after, prices were incredibly reasonable and the scenery was beautiful. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
The owners were super accommodating and nice. The cabin was clean and very spacious. We had an amazing lake view. The boat dock was a hit for the kids and the eagles came by to visit us. The cabin could use a bit improvement, but that did not make our stay any worse. We had a nice fire and a bbq at night. Slept well as well, cabin is well equipped with what you need.
It's a great place and Dustin & Meagan are super hosts! Walleye fishing is world class.
Didn’t camp here, but ended up renting a boat for the afternoon from Moak we thought we would be able to rent a boat where we were staying but actually couldn’t. Dusten was AWESOME! He didn’t care that we were from another campsite, he hooked us up with a boat, worms, life jackets and a net. Was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our afternoon of fishing. And then let us use the filleting shack afterwards. All the other patrons staying there we’re extremely friendly as well. If we ever come back to Grand Rapids we will be staying at Moak!
