Dropped in for a no-gi class while visiting from Toronto. Blown away by the quality of instruction the instructor was an up and coming competitor actively training with the DDS. The gym is pristine and the people are super friendly. It’s truly a communal bjj spot with no politics. Highly recommend for travellers and locals alike.

What BJJ and martial arts is all about. If only there were more Mizu’s across the world!
One of the best BJJ experience I had so far 4 years of training.The facilities and mats are spotless clean and brand new. The instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable; they make you feel at home and welcomed. The students are respectful and they come from a variety of backgrounds. Thank you!
