We're from the west coast and decided to give east coast sushi a try. We drove for 1hr each way for this sushi and it was so worth it. This place did not disappoint! The service was amazing. The lady who sat us was very kind, she showed us how to use the ordering system, and explained that salads and ice cream weren't on the menu and they'd bring it if we wanted. I have to tell you, I don't think I've had better sushi. Not only do we not have white tuna in BC, but our pieces of sashimi are tiny comparatively. This place impressed me in so many ways. If you're looking for good sushi in Halifax, this place is where it is.

The single best sushi / dining experience in Nova Scotia. The staff are so friendly, they serve you FAST. The food is fresh and delicious every single time. If you're looking for an amazing sushi place. Go here!! They are missing some regular items that I love from their menu, but I'm attributing that to shortage because others who have been there have said they used to be there! 32$ for dinner for an adult. But it is all you can eat so it's worth it!! They're AMAZING!! definitely recommend going here.

All You Can Eat Sushi. I'm from Montreal and price in MONTREAL is all blown up! I went to Mizu on Monday evening price was 25.99 or 26.99 + tax. So tax + tips in 35$ each person is good! In Montreal it would have been 50$ all in! Everything was good enough. The staff were very nice. Good choices of foods. Don't forget it is a all you can eat restaurant so don't expect the best of the best. When you want excellent sushi expect to pay a lot more. All in all everything was good.

We had a very good experience eating here. Most of the menu items were sushi & Japanese food, but they also have some Chinese food options like fired rice or wok etc Their sushi was super fresh with good portions, and their tempura and deep fried stuff were amazing! I especially like their calamari, shrimp tempura, sashimi and salmon nigiri. The servers were super friendly and helpful, fast service too! I also like the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant, very clean and bright. We definitely will go visit again soon!

Good service, lots of options. Didn’t particularly like the eel sauce on some of the rolls. I recommend this place if you like sushi and the restaurant atmosphere is great. Hard to find their online website or prices. Cost of sushi rolls if you don’t eat it and sometimes feel rushed to leave after being done eating. Normally there’s a lot of them working so your plates get cleared fairly fast.

My friend's family and I are from NL and NB respectively. We have limited options of buffet from where we came from and running through Mizu was the best part of our Halifax trip. The staffs were attentive and you don't see anyone slacking. They anticipate needs right before you ask for it. The orders also came out really fast. As for the quality of food, it is also good. Sushi are all fresh and you can see all the chefs preparing real quick. The interior also was great. Considering the price point, I think it was a great dining experience. Next time we are in Halifax, we will definitely be back.

Amazing sushi place in Halifax NS. All you can eat is what we went for. The service is azong , ambience is beautiful. Its good for dates nights or just meet up for meeting official or with frnds. Fusion is the theme here! Rice pizza, fancy sushi rolls and crossover chao mein, just to name a few. Staffers are attentive and make us feel at home. Ordering through a tablet makes sense when worldly events change our daily things drastically.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Our experience was not an enjoyable one! The all you can eat menu is limited, there’s no variety or quality! Rolls are super simple rolls nothing special! Staff are not friendly at all! We sat down at 7:30 group of 6 friends that were there to eat, have a good time and talk! Half of us eat all you can eat, the other half ordered from the menu. The food came fast, but since the table was full, when the waiters will reach the to leave or pick up dishes, her shirt would touch some of the plates with food on it, no care what so ever! We than finished eating at 9, paid by 9:15 and we sat there for a while chatting. Before we finished eating since the restaurant closed at 10 and there were only 4 tables left with people on it, staff started to sweep and mop the floors in preparation for closing. At 9:40, some kid that worked there tried to get rid of us by saying that we had to pay by 9:50 because their “system” closes at 9:50 and the restaurant closes at 10 pm. Not realizing that we had already paid. Not 5 minutes later, some other lady can al told us that the restaurant closes at 10. It was only 9:45. Health regulations in NS does not allow staff to sweep or mod around customers unless there was an accidental spill while you’re still eating. The staff is very friendly at the beginning but quickly turns once you’re sitting down. They have no patience with the customer and do not pay attention to health regulations, to the point that some had fake nails or painted nails. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Best sushi restaurant in Halifax. The taste of sushi’s rice is the same level when compared to restaurants in Tsukiji’s fish market in Tokyo. They serves sushi with perfect portion. Not too much rice like the other poor Restuarant such as Genji Sushi in Dartmouth did. Chef know how to choose sashimi fish and cut it perfectly with sharp knife so the fish are fresh with good taste. I loved their authentic soy sauce they mixed very “umami”. My family always come to this restaurant every week for enjoy the authentic Japanese sashimi and sushi which is “all-you-can-eat”. Highly recommend to try dinner menu. All staff crews are supper supportive with quick service. Restaurant is very cosy, huge space, nice and clean.
