Great little restaurant with free parking out front! I had the Miss Saigon Pho with a side order of some of the best Ginger Beef I have ever had. The Pho broth was fantastic very flavorful lots of meat and the veggies were very fresh. I will be back again for sure! Almost forgot about the mango cheesecake :
Ordered 3 dishes; 1. Pho with beef - Broth was too salty for me. Lack of sweetness. If i can add some sugar it must be better 2 of 5 2. Tonkatsu Ramen - Not too bad. But, adding bean sprouts in ramen is not the original ramen. Chashu pork belly was not tender 3 of 5. 3. Cantonese Pride with beef - I like it the most out of 3 dishes i ordered. Beef was tender since it was fermented. However, too few pieces in dish 4 of 5. Overall portions is good for $14-16 per dish. Service is good. But the Restuarant looks like fast food. No beautiful decorations. Just eat & go.
Ordered take out. It took about 10 mins for it to be ready. The prices seemed to be high until I got the food. The portion size will feed me for 3 meals! It is also very devious. I had the MISO RAMEN. I will visit again to try something else.
This is a quaint little place with what I consider to be gourmet food, which came quickly and was delicious. I highly recommend this place. Food: 5/5
Miso Ramen and Hokkaido Winter very good portion and tasty soups, fresh seafood. Recommended
It was my first time trying out the food. I told the server that and they took the time to go through the menu and explain the differences between the noodle dishes. I was stuck between 3 options so the server made a recommendation on the Seoul Soul which has Kimchi and minor heat. The taste was fantastic, the portion size was generous, and the egg was cooked to perfection. I am going to go back to try some of the appies and the other noodles dish. The service was great and it came out in a good time.
Wait staff: Friendly, helpful, and cheerful Food was warm, flavorful, and very satisfying. I can't stop thinking about those delicious sesame balls with red bean paste! Warm & soft, with beautifully crisp sesame seeds coating the surface, and a delicious, gently sweet red bean paste inside. Seating: Bench tables, and tables with chairs. Free Wi-fi; clean unisex, individual washroom. Vegetarian options: My family of four are all vegetarian/vegan, and it was easy to request that they leave out any animal ingredients. Dietary restrictions: I have sensitivities/allergies to gluten, corn & corn products, meat, and eggs. They readily accommodated my request for a rice noodle substitution, very accommodating.
Worst dining experience of 2022. Food served looked nothing like the menu photos or photos from other reviews on the internet. There were 5 of us 2 adults and 3 teens . No one enjoyed any of the menu items which were overwhelmed by an odd flavour. The beef ramen had 2 or 3 thin slices of beef not the ample serving we had seen in pictures. The fried chicken appetizer was undercooked. My wife took one or two bites of her tonkatsu ramen and pushed it aside. We told the waitress that the food was very off putting and not good. She came back and told us the cooks said they did everything right. We paid full price . They did not offer a refund or a discount on the horrible food. Will never return to this chain again.
Ordered from Uber eats. The dishes were nice and tasted good. The Thai noodles were really good. Just that in the days of online ordering a bit more description on the dish would be good which would help in ordering. I ordered potato pancake stuffed with cheese. There was mayonnaise on top of it which i dont eat. And it was too much of it. The side of crispy ginger chicken I had no idea it would come pre-dipped in sauce. So could not enjoy the crispness for which I ordered it. Edited 8 jan: ordered another set of dishes and were really good and quantity is good.
Had the Miss Saigon and the Shoyu Ramen. Sooooo good! The broths are made in house - and you can tell. What a hot and delicious meal that is full of so much flavour! P.s. try the bao
