Our family really enjoyed this campground. Paved walking paths. Brand new bathroom facilities with free showers. Lots of Canada day activities for the kids. If we were closer, I'm sure we'd come back every year.
Amazing place to take young kids. The lake is not good to swim in die to bacteria but there are numerous parks and play sets. Large sites and A60 has full hook-ups at the time of this review. Extensive pathways throughout, and a very nice visitor center with planned activities for the family also put on by the park. Very peaceful location.
Beautiful place and awesome experience with yurts.
Clean, local campsite for good times with the family. Not the best designed campfire pits but nice trails and playgrounds for the kids. The lake is not useable but the main beach has great sand for building castles. Not a bunch of partiers there so it's pretty calm by midnight. I hope they convert all toilets to flushing someday. Still my go-to campsite within 60 kms of Edmonton.
Great campground. The spots are very private and it's quiet. Yurts are well equipped with everything you could need. Even coffee and ac this year. Just bring food and sleeping bags.
Bathrooms are really nice and taken care of and there is plenty of walking trails. However, the beach isn't the nicest and the water is generally good enough to swim in.
We were well received by the receptionist, she answered all the questions we had and give us the best information that she had. She was very friendly, the campground was great.
Most sites are packed in tight with one another. Not a great deal of privacy on the vast majority of sites. Could use more garbage facilities. Showers were nice.
Excellent campgrounds. Lots of room, some privacy. Bathrooms are a bit gross or at least the non flush ones.
Decent camp sites but stay far far away from the water! Even your dog will get sick from the water here. :
