Walked in and thought the place was aesthetically pleasing. Service was terrible, food took about an hour, and at the time the restaurant was under 1/3rd full, furthermore the server didn't refill my drink until about the one hour mark when our food came out. The food itself was good and presented well, but the service was terrible, I do not recommend and would not come back. There is another sushi shop a few min away where the food is just as good and they will deliver good service.
Quality food, good service, and nice atmosphere. My favourite is Sashimi and dynamite roll. Sushi roll is a bite size. Good value for money spent.Food: 5/5
Hey guys! So i was running some errands in Airdrie and saw this place and decided to stop for lunch. Clean place, staff is nice and polite. I ordered a shrimp tempura roll, 2 salmon sushi, a spicy salmon cone, edammame and tea. The total came to 24$. Not bad. The rolls were on the small side compared to other sushi places I've been to. The tea was stellar . It hit the spot. They do need to redo their booth chairs as they are coming apart in places, odd to see TV screens playing hockey in a sushi place but overall 3/5. FYI: They do check your covid passport at door and ID.
Got pick up and it was very good. Tempura batter isn't too thick, and sushi rolls don't have a lot of filler rice.
Stopped in for lunch here recently and I gotta say that was probably some of the best sushi we’ve had. The way each roll was dressed and tasted was phenomenal. Can’t wait to try the dinner in a hot stone soon!
I am have to say going to their website and checking out the menu was not the easiest. That being said, I read the reviews and decided I needed some great food and dropped in. The customer service was excellent - I could not get a Ramen bowl with tofu so decided to get an appie of tofu and an a mixed tempura of prawns and veggies. The choice was excellent - very fresh, not oily and excellent veggies and soft tofu. Thanks - I highly recommend.
We order frequently from here and it’s always good… Today they let me down huge and didn’t even seem like they cared. We ordered $160.00 with a twelve dollar tip and when we sat down to eat it all the hot sushi was cold and all the cold sushi was hot it was a disaster of an order didn’t even deliver in a thermal bag we also live 5 mins away!!!!! After dinner I went to let the dog out we just had all our drain pipes done before winter hit and when I let the dog out I noticed my drain pipe was stepped on and crushed completely… 10/10 will never order again from this place super disappointed and disgusted by the quality of customer service… Time to find a new sushi place.
The sushi was so amazing, definitely will be going back the next time I'm in the area. The hot California rolls and stampede rolls were the favourite of our group, we also tried the spring rolls and takoyaki both were decent. The staff were very friendly and helpful!Food: 5/5
Moved from Vancouver out this way and decided to try "prarie sushi" this place did not disappoint! Unreal sushi and amazing service. Staff is super friendly and food came out quickly! 10/10 would recommend.
I dont normally give bad ratings but man this was bad. I Ordered food and went to go pick it up. They didn't have my order. She asked for my order number which I showed her. She said it's not here. She then asked me repeatedly basically accusing me of having someone, "maybe a friend" pick up my order. "Did you call someone to go pick it up before you came too"? I said no I did not. She kept asking me if I got someone to pick it up. It just became ridiculous at this point. Later she asked one of her staff what happened and the staff worker said "I told you, these 2 orders are ready. Not that the 2 orders were for the driver". So she realized her mistake that she gave my order away to another driver. But No apologies though. No willingness to do some about the situation. Just very rude. Then the food was rushed and did not taste good at all. Overall terrible experience. Not ordering from here again.
