I recently brought my Z4 to the dealer to get the annual service done. Martin looked after it and I was so impressed with his efficiency and professionalism! Also, people have been saying that Lexus Is much more reliable than BMW; however, in fours years, I only need to spend money for one oil change for my BMW and I have been spending about $500 on average on my Lexus at each 6-month recommended service interval for the past 7 years started from new. Keep up with the Excellent job BMW!

The entire experience of buying a car from this dealership was extraordinary. 

From my initial email to Carson Brown with some general questions, to my purchase and working through the options with Karina Freiburger - top marks all ‘round. 

Very comprehensive test drive and delivery - picked up the car gift wrapped and spotless - can’t say enough about the team. Thank you - look forward to my first mini rally in April!

I want to thank Ged and the ENTIRE Mini/BMW team at Grand River. The process was extremely easy, comfortable and just incredible! From the very beginning our interests were top of mind and I can't say enough amazing things about Ged and the customer service we received from everyone we came in contact with. I will always go back to Grand River for future purchases and send my friends and family there as well!

I have bought pre owned car from BMW Grand river. Javed was the sales rep. When  I have purchased it was winter; I was not able to check aircondition on the car. When hot weather comes I reliaze aircondition is not working. I took there, they had chage me to fix the car, which I bleive car was sold me as "not working aircondition" . They should be not charging me to fix aircondition. I have disappointment with BMW garnd river.
