I was referred to Mirella Muise (Mia) at Grand River BMW by a friend and I was not disappointed. She is very personable and a true driving enthusiast which made the whole experience enjoyable. She worked with me to negotiate a great deal and stayed involved through the process to delivery to make sure everything was as committed. The Grand River team were able pull my delivery ahead a bit to accommodate my schedule. There was one minor item not correct, which they had found themselves and already had a plan in place to correct without any inconvenience to me. I have bought more than a dozen vehicles for personal and business use and this was definitely the best buying experience I’ve ever had. Thank you and well done to Mirella and Grand River BMW team.

I was really pleased with the support that Sarah provided to me in selecting my new BMW. She had great product knowledge, gave me great advice, responded quickly to my requests and did extra work to find a car that met all my specifications. It was a pleasure to work with her and I would be happy to do so again. Evan did a great job of explaining the features of my car at the time of delivery and was very helpful. I found everyone who I dealt with at the dealership friendly and helpful. A great sales experience. Well done.

I Just picked up my new car at BMW Grand River and couldn’t be more happy. Sarah and Steve made this the most painless car buying experience of my life. My car came exactly as ordered in absolute perfect shape.The team there are friendly, professional and efficient. Start to finish a class act. I would recommend them to anyone in Southwestern Ontario in the market for a new car.

I realize that there is an embedded price for service in the cost of the overall product but I am always very happy with the service and care I receive at BMW Grand River. From my initial contact 16 months ago with Jim in sales to the two service professionals who have met with me for my vehicle’s regular service (Don and Ian), I have never felt like any request was too much, any question too silly or that my time wasn’t valuable. Today Ian ensured that all my concerns were taken care of and even ensured my vehicle was lovingly vacuumed and wiped before my children destroyed it again. Beyond the fun drive I enjoy daily, the personal service a couple of times a year is great as well.

I’ve been coming to BMW grand river to service my mini sport for the last 3 years. Everytime I’ve brought my car in to be serviced, there’s been an issue. Here’s a few examples...We had a issue with our sun roof screen where they needed to order a new part. Once the part finally came in the we bought our car in for routine servicing and asked them to fix the screen while we were there. The new piece never got installed. We repeated the process the next time we came in, confirming they were fixing the sun roof when we dropped of the car and the same thing happened, it never got installed. Following the appointment the dealership called us and told us if we didn’t come in to get the part installed they would send the piece back to the warehouse. This is just one of many examples. Today I was told my car was ready (after leaving it for 8 hours) and when I got there it was still being worked on and I had to wait an additional 45 minutes at the dealership. The staff is very friendly, particularly the shuttle service team, but due to the service we won’t be purchasing another Mini or BMW from this dealership.
