Went in to buy a BBQ. Asked 4 different people who can get me the bbq from the back so I can buy not one person cared or even tried calling someone. I asked for a store manager and was told there isn't one. This is at 3 45 pm. Finally one employee that actually cared try to find someone but couldn't. I was told to maybe come back tomorrow. Not to mention during my time in there was talking to another customer who waited over 40 minutes for a plumbing rep to help and never received one and left. I am a full time year round resident in this town and will never shop here again. Everybody promotes buying local and this is a perfect example of why no one does.
It's great having a Home Hardware in Minden. It may not be as big or have the variety of items as some of the stores in the cities but it's served me well in cottage country over the years.
My experiences here have been mediocre until I met an employee named Alex. She helped me find everything I need and answered any questions I had regarding my bathroom renovation. Thank you for the fantastic help and customer service Alex!!!
We own a business that deals a lot with home hardware and just want to say that our staff say that Alex at the lumber desk is excellent to work with. Credit where credit is due.
Service inside is so, so bad. Try finding someone to help, even if you see someone wearing the shirt, they run in the opposite direction. Never use to be this bad.
