Mimico

Most of the complaints on here are valid, but people need to keep in context this isn't a suburban station e.g. clarkson and it is not intended to have the same commuter volume.

I was surprised to see that MIMICO GO STATION is not accessible for people with disabilities. I only realize this now that I am a new mother and couldn’t find a ramp/ elevator to carry my baby and stroller in and out of the train tracks.nam surprised to see that Metrolinx, as the public sector entity that it is, has remained indifferent to this situation.Forget mothers with strollers, I was able to pickup my stroller up&down the stairs, but what about those with mobility issues!!!! This is extremely unfair and AODA should impose an obligation on Metrolinx to provide accessible infrastructure for people with disabilities.

There is no accessibility platform at this station and no elevators. My mother who uses a walker was forced to use the stairs up and down the tunnel. The GO staff around were very friendly though.

A quick on and off at this stop along the Lakeshore West GO train line. It’s usually quite clean and well kept. Daytime travel.

This station is not planned well. It is chaotic when passengers come off the train with no walkways or sidewalks to manage where they should walk when people are trying to find very limited parking before rushing to catch a train. It is nearly impossible to find parking at this GO Station so be prepared to walk a distance to the station from your parked car
