Mimico Creek Dental - Dentist in Etobicoke

I finally made the switch to Mimico Creek Dental after driving for 1 hour in traffic to my dentist in North York for one year. I was adamant on sticking with my old dentist, but I finally got the courage to switch. I am pleased to announce that I am extremely happy to have made this switch. They have most up to date technology and also offer very specialized services like root canal treatments. I had to go to numerous specialists due to my dental problems, but they have a specialist on staff. Also, the billing is very transparent. The receptionist Inna has also been very pleasing to deal with. Thanks for offering great service in Humber Bay.

A little over a year ago my family went to this dentist because our daughter had a cavity ( she was 4). The dentist that first spoke to her (a male) was super nice explained everything to her made her feel comfortable, she was happy and cooperative with him. So he said to comeback the following week, to try to have her filling done, that he wasn't going to be there but they had a nice female dentist to do it. the following week my husband took our daughter to have a filling done with this female dentist that I don't know the name but I wish I did, she was Asian. my daughter was nervous but cooperative on the chair to do the dental work. And then without any previous notice NOT EVEN TO MY HUSBAND, you would think that this lady would explain at least to the father of a 4 year old what was going to be done but she didnt. She went in without a word and gave her 2 injections for local anesthesia. Leaving our daughter completely traumatized. She didn't do any dental work, cause she didn't cooperate anymore. We had to spend thousands in general anesthesia to treat her teeth.now she trusts no doctors.

This place definitely deserve 5 stars. I come here regularly to do my cleaning and they have been nothing but amazing. I used to have some issues with my gums for the longest time I can remember and they are the first who were able to actually help me. On top, they are very friendly and very diligent an answering emails.

I usually do not post reviews, but this office deserves five stars. I had various problems with my teeth in the last 2-3 years. I despise going to a dentist because I feel like they do not care. After visiting this office, my view has totally changed. They have helped with everything from insurance to getting proper treatment. I strongly recommend this dental office due to their professionalism.

At Mimico Creek Dental, I am always greeted with a smile. The service is wonderful, and booking an appointment couldn't be easier. Living right above is a added bonus. I would recommend this office to anyone living in the Mimico area!
