I have filed a complaint against Dr. Fishbayn with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario for negligence. He knowingly used a temporary adhesive to secure my crown and never followed up to make sure he finished the job by replacing the adhesive with a permanent bond, which I had paid for and thought he was doing at the last visit. He never scheduled a follow up,. He never checked my chart even when I was there for a cleaning. I ended up in the Emergency Dental Office at St. Clair and Yonge over the Victoria Day weekend where they had to fix his mess and permanently adhere the crown. It cost me $300 for his negligence and when I emailed him about it he never contacted me, never responded nor has he offered to reimburse me for the extra cost. I am a senior on a limited income and he chose to ignore me and left the crown knowing it was just a matter of time before it would become an emergency. He is negligent and incompetent.

Dr. Fishbayn and his team have been caring for our dental needs for nearly 20 years. They provide excellent care and friendly service every time.

Friendly and efficient. Cost effective. Left for 2 years and came back they all knew me and got caught up. Needed emergency checkup and they were able to look after me within hours of call. Fantastic service and Dr Fishbayn is great.

Been going to these people since I was a kid; great people, great prices and wonderful service! Would highly recommend
