Mimi's Italian Foods & Deli

I went to mimis tonight with my family. I spent $70. My husband and i ordered our drinks with no ice both came with ice. We got salads. They were old and we did not eat them but didnt complain or ask for money back. We got cheese sticks they were old and cold. We sent them back. We never got refills on our drinks. Our waitress kept disappearing. They was only us and one other table there. We waited a half hour to order. Anyhow the time cane to pay. I payed all i had even though the service was terrible. I forgot .y bank card. When i went back to get my bank card the waitress had given it to the boss. The man then came out with my card and a receipt. He asked what his waitress did wrong. I didnt want to get her in trouble so i said nothing. He then proceeded to tell me that he and his waitress were "pissed off" that i didnt tip enough. I told him i payed all i had. He perceeded to yell at me infront of a bar full of people and call me an ass and told me my family could come back there. I asked for my money back at which point he cissed at me again and refused to return my money. Then he called the police. And acused me of having drugs. The police came we told them what happened. The police said he was being a dick but no crime had been committed and we could leave. I will never recomend this place to anyone. And i hope you dont go there either.

Good service and knowledgeable waitress ordered cheeseburger and fries and came out much better than expected, burger was hot and juicy, really good. Service was fast and friendly. Great portion.

The food was delicious. The atmosphere was very nice. There was a party of about 20 people and some young baseball players that made quite a bit of noise period outside of that, it was a very good experience. They have a very extensive menu. The salad was delicious.
