Worth the wait! We waited around an hour to get in, the bouncer was super nice and accommodating. He turned up the heater in case we were cold and always kept us updated on wait times. Staff upstairs were super friendly, lovely atmosphere. Fugazzi pizza was top notch, as usual, and the drinks were delicious, especially if you like sweet cocktails! The DJ played all the classics, wished we were able to dance but it was fun to bop and sing along. It’s a bit louder here, so might be a bit hard to listen to each other, but wonderful otherwise! Only comment: the bathroom was a bit dark and not as clean so it was a bit hard to maneuver, would be nice to have more light within the stalls.

One of the best bar in Montreal. Super cute decor in the bar. And they made huge cocktails too swan. There cocktails were very elaborated and delicious. I had an amazing night with my bf in this bar. I highly recommend this bar if you want to go for a drink in a very chic and trendy bar for a date or with friends.

Great unique cocktails and funky atmosphere. Can get a little crowded later on in the night but service was excellent and friendly. Great music selection too! Would definitely recommend checking out if you’re in the area.

Milky Way Cocktail Bar is one of the best speakeasy bars in Montreal, Canada and the world as recognized by World's 50 Best in recent years. We decided to come right when they open during the day since we had seen how beautiful the inside looks when it's still bright out since they have a glass ceiling. Look for the black door on the right of Fugazzi. We tried a bunch of drinks including Island in the Sun, Marcus Hibiscus and Le Swan. Each all impressive in their own way with thoughtful ingredients and mixes and served in interesting glasses. As expected, some of the cocktails carry a higher price tag but in many ways it's worth it when you consider the entire experience and craftsmanship as a whole.

super funky speakeasy that's out of this world drinks were so unique alongside a huge menu to gander. decor from the bar to the drinks to even the washroom, everything was 10/10! if you want a place with the coolest ambience, surely check this one out!

Really nice vibes and decor. Fun cocktail bar with interesting cups and drinks. Get there early if you don’t want to wait in line. We got there at opening at 5pm and had lots of space to take pics.

Such a wonderful bar, everything was perfect and I highly recommend. From the start the bouncer in the front is funny and so kind. He makes it a pleasure waiting in line. Our waitress was wonderful! Our drinks were fantastic and fun. Pizza was delicious!! I am so grateful for their vegan option it was amazing. The decor of the bar is beautiful and the music is perfect for a great night. Cannot wait to come back! Thank you for a great night out on my boyfriends birthday.

Bob is the MAN. Such a great atmosphere in there it was insane. The drinks were incredibly unique and tasteful and the music was played by a in house DJ sitting at the bar. We ended up cuddling on the back seats and vibing. My girl and I, not Bob. Will definitely be coming back for more fun times.

I was finally able to get in on a Thursday night because usually, unless you get there super early, you can be sure to wait for a while. I hesitated giving it 3 or 4 stars.. it's a nice place, I enjoyed it and enjoyed the service but overall I think it is overrated. The music is very loud so it was hard to communicate with my friends, it's quite small and you end up being really close to other people at neighbor tables, and the drink I had was alright. Was good but not memorable. I might have enjoyed the place more if I were around 18-23 yo since the setting is colorful with all the neons and glow in the dark theme. So I give it 3 stars. You should try it but don't wait 2 hours in line, go at another time when it's less crowded. Nb: Their restaurant downstairs though is chef's kiss.

My friends and I were in Montreal for a night and we decided to check this bar out. The staff and bartenders were amazing. From recommendations to customer service we were very satisfied. The music was a good mix, the vibe was great! A bit of a wait outside but totally worth it. Thank you!
