First of all: BEST PIZZA IN F'TON. Period. Ok, now for the more detailed review: the place is warm and cozy, perfect for those who like to feel at home. The beer and drinks are adequate to go with the pizzas remember that it's a pizza place, not a bar/pub. And, finally, the pizzas are made there, in front of you, from scratch and they're delicious. Perfect timed in the stove, the dough was everything we were looking for. Congratulations again to the cook and the whole staff. The place is all run by women and maybe that's why it's SO GOOD! It's become our favorite pizza in town.
Delicious pizza. My favourite pizza place in town hands down. The sauce is light in texture and tasty. The dough is cooked to perfection and super tasty. The toppings used in pizzas also go great together . We had pepperoni pizza and meat pizza
Such great pizza! One of the best places to go when you're craving quality artisan pizza. Choices for the day was Margarita and feta basil and both were delicious.
Great local wood-fire pizza in Fredericton - recommend the three pigs. Try their restaurant or find them at the weekend farmers market
Great pizzas, probably one of the best places I have ever tried
It's been since before the pandemic that I last ate here. I had their pizza at the Farmer's Market. I must admit that it was today's special pizza cookie that got me to order. Shortbread cookie covered in icing. I couldn't ask for a better desert for lunch. As for the pizza, equally delicious. I had the all meat. The slight sweetness of the sauce, combined with the salt of the meats paired very well. It's a thing and doughy bottom crust with a fluffier and slightly crispier end crust. Just as good as the first time I tried it at the market.
Their pizza crust is great. Definitely some of the best pizza in fredericton. It's a nice spot to dine-in too.Food: 4/5
Just had the 3 Little Pigs and now I’m writing this while sitting in my car, in shock at how incredibly delicious it was. Probably the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. If I lived here I’d keep coming back until I’ve tried everything on the menu.
Just had their spinach, goat cheese, and caramelized pecan salad, along with a beer from Grimross and a croissant. Wonderful tastes & friendly service. Their cafe is now reopened, go check it out!
I visited the market stall yesterday and got a croissant. It was pulled out of a cooler reheated in a toaster oven. The problem is that they only had one toaster which made for a really long wait ~15 minutes. And when I did eventually get my food it was still pretty cold in the middle. I just ate it because I didn't want to wait any longer and was running late for an appointment already. Maybe investing in another toaster oven would be a good idea so that the other two people working the stall could also help during a rush to fill orders faster. The other two were just standing there while one person did all of the heating alone due to the one oven situation. I get that the pizza is made fresh and wood fired, and I'm willing to wait for that. But 15 minutes for a reheated croissant that's still cold in the middle of a bit much. Sorry, but I won't be ordering again. Edit: Lowered my score by a star based on the owner's response to my initial review. No accountability. No apology for the situation. No acknowledgement that they could do things a bit differently to improve their service or product. Just defensive and basically shamed me for sharing my objectively lackluster experience because they are a small business. As if that absolves them from having to bear any criticism or improve in any way? You only need to look at their responses to the other low-scored reviews to see that this is a trend.
