this mikes restaurant was quite disapointing. i expected more from this place...a well know chain of restaurant with great pizza! but the food was bland, pizza tasted like a frozen one and undercooked dough with way too much crust. it was a saturday night and there was no atmosphere whatsover, no music, not much customers either. service was also unpersonnalised, a bit cold and too fast, like they dont want us to spend money there and rather have us leave asap. will sadly not recommend this place to any if my friends or family.

We had an amazing experience at Toujours Mikes, thanks to our waitress Isabella! We were a large party of 8 adults and 10 kids, and despite the chaos, she was outstanding. Isabella was super friendly, especially with the kids, and handled everything with so much patience and a constant smile. She made sure everyone was taken care of and made our dining experience so much better. Highly recommend asking for her if you're dining at Mike's!

We have been eating at this location for many many years. Over the past few years the service has been slow to very slow. We go at 1pm for lunch.This past Friday after eating our soup we waited 35 minutes to receive our submarines. The restaurant was not crowded.A couple came in 10 minutes before we received our subs and they received their subs the same time as us. They received their subs 10 minutes after ordering. Does the cook go on lunch break during this time?

Good food for a reasonable price. Got Chicken Parmesan with a salad which I will say the salad was weirdly warm. Nothing to go out of your way for, but if hungry and nearby, it does the trick.

I have to commend the staff there as the service was amazing. We were greeted with a huge smile, and the waitress offered real good customer service, something that is hard to come by nowadays.nnOur food took 1 hour to arrive now they were nice and offered water, reassuring us on the timeline.nnThe restaurant is located near the trees and it has a good atmosphere. However, you can feel that the recession is hitting businesses as the quality of the food is left to be desired.nnIt was OK, now cooked quickly. The brunch is not something you can miss, now still less on the plate, food quality not so great.nnAnyhow, I still very much recommend the place.
