Horrible service.nThis kid took our order and they’ve advertised in big 8.99$ for three items. But the person who took our order had no idea about the offer and overcharged, It’s not that kids fault, but more of management who doesn’t let them know what’s going on. Super slow service even when the store was completely empty.nAdding pictures for reference.

10am Sunday 20 July. Only teenagers seemed to be working. No supervision / organization. Simple order of 3 English muffin sandwiches took almost 30 minutes. Some orders were being made twice. Adjacent to the picnic table is an open dumpster. In which a raccoon slept! Dangerous and unacceptable. Doesn't deserve to be in business.

Unreasonably slow. Incorrect order. Overcharge for items. Check your bill. Unfriendly and unhelpful. Haven’t been here for a year or so and it only continues to get worse. How hard can it be to be friendly, helpful and efficient? This group makes me feel like they are doing me a favour to let me in. Last time for this Tim’s. Go to Restaurant Julio up the street!

Very strange, almost 10 people on duty. I spoke to cashier spoke and english and french they did not understand me.nnStrange encounter with cleaning staff to asked me 5 times not to use tables. Hard to do with 4 kids. Overall experience was pretty terrible.

I ordered online and the employee name Rosie said they don’t have coffee. The store acceptes order till 9 pm and they said we closed at 8 pm. Some day they close early some days late. I am very frustrated. When you ask the employee why they don’t serve they give excuse and say there boss told not to serve. So stupid and disrespectful. And coffee is sometimes good sometimes bad
