Tim Hortons

I ordered online and the employee name Rosie said they don’t have coffee. The store acceptes order till 9 pm and they said we closed at 8 pm. Some day they close early some days late. I am very frustrated. When you ask the employee why they don’t serve they give excuse and say there boss told not to serve. So stupid and disrespectful. And coffee is sometimes good sometimes bad

Went to the drive through yesterday at 230pm and ordered 2 coffees, 2 crispy chicken wraps and some potato wedges. When we got to the window we were told they had no more crispy chicken, and it would be a 20 min wait. They offered to give us grilled chicken instead which was already available, and we said no problem because we were kind of in a rush. They asked us to pull over to the side to wait for the sandwiches and an employee walked out shortly after and gave us one single breakfast sandwich that we didn’t order. We reminded him of our offer and he went back inside. We still waited 20 mins and nothing came out after.nnWe went back inside to ask for a refund because we really had to leave, and it seems they forgot about us. The employee who served us gave us attitude and seemed very flustered. He then proceeded to yell at the lady making the sandwiches to hurry up, waving his hands in the air and started helping her aggressively. He then gave us our wraps 10 mins later which is not what we ordered at all. It was half the size and missing all kinds of ingredients, and had the wrong sauce. We didn’t bother complaining or waiting for the refund, we just took it and left because it probably would have been a long wait for the refund as well and we were running late. At this point, we had been waiting 40 mins. Other people inside were also complaining about the extended wait for their food & were getting frustrated.nnI’ve never been to such an awful Tim Hortons in my life. No one seems to know what they’re doing and they just don’t train the employees properly at all before putting them on the floor. Will never go back here.

I waited at the cash to be served for 15 minutes … I got fed up so I ordered on the app, waited another 20 minutes so I went up to the cashier and showed her my order and she said ok what did you order, they didn’t even have my order and I ordered to the right place so I made the rest of the line wait while she was getting my order ready. We would’ve waited all afternoon! This is very unorganized and unprofessional and it’s not the first time we’ve encountered problems and a long wait because the staff are not working together and I can see the boss walking around in the back… I’m tempted to tell him to get his staff in order I’m super frustrated and don’t think I’ll ever come here again!

Very strange, almost 10 people on duty. I spoke to cashier spoke and english and french they did not understand me.nnStrange encounter with cleaning staff to asked me 5 times not to use tables. Hard to do with 4 kids. Overall experience was pretty terrible.

We waited 30 minutes to get 1 drink and 2 bagels. The staff also opened a cash strictly to serve someone who cut in line, because she knew the staff members; so rude.
