Metro Plus Ste-Agathe

My husband went to get coffee and sunscreen. He tried speaking french and an employee was clearly rude and being awful to him because he isn't a native French speaker. Another employee took someone who was in line clearly behind him and was hostile and rude. It took 25 min. I wouldn't go here again.

When we find excellent service, we always try to highlight it because as most of you know - it is not easy these days; including at this store in past visits - but on this visit, a young cashier by the name Angelique was incredibly helpful as we were trying to check out with a very large grocery cart group gathering.nnShe did not hesitate to immediately start helping us, and that is something that unfortunately, we have not found often at this store as we go to the check-out, so very appreciative of her help on this visit.nnThey need to make sure to keep and promote this employee.nnShe was excellent.

Good variety. Clean, friendly. Prices reasonable.

One of the best Supermarkets in Canada, and it has also much more fruits and also fruits that looks much better than the fruits from the walmart But the Prices are also a little bit higher, so for example the exact same spinach coast there 1$ more...but yeah I think that the service there, the much more fruits ans just that the hold store looks much better than the wallmart should it for the most people worth it...but a negativ point is they don't have wifi and also not so much other things like the walmart...for example no TV's

Absolutely terrible service. Full cart and no cashiers working so I had to scan everything myself. It took 2 cashiers to help me scan my member card. Not to mention that the shelves were picked over and missing many items. Bad customer experience.
