Great service, fair price, honest

Experienced mechanics; appointment recommended however can sometimes squeeze you in for a quick oil change.

Rude and unaccomodating

I called Mike's and asked them if they could provide a cheap service for a few dollars (back story is I am temporarily in Toronto and have a vehicle registered in a US state and need to get a receipt of some sort showing the vehicle is out of state to renew my registration - just to be clear I am not asking for him to do anything shady - I was going to bring the vehicle physically to him, and I told him this)

Mike was downright rude to me on the phone and basically told me to get lost.  If this is how he acts before you've paid him, I can only imagine how bad the customer service is when your car is being worked on by him.
