Friendly staff, that work great and are pretty affordable compare to Mercedes Benz mechanics at the dealership. Able to get the same service for half the price, just know they’re really busy. Communication is an issue, I had quite a few times where I was told it would be done within 2-3 hours for an oil change but when I come back they haven't even started. At least call me if you're busy and you need more time to get to my car.Services: Oil change

Jordan has been my mechanic for the last 3 years. I travel all the way from Mississauga all because of the service I received. He has a very friendly and competent staff. I would recommend Service: Oil change
They damaged my tire while installing it and didn't care to let me know that it was damaged. I saw the leak due to that later in the day and by that time MB Master was closed. Found out about the damage when I took my car to Canadian Tire and they showed me the damage. In their defense they did tell me to bring the car in when I was able to reach them but by that time the problem was fixed by Canadian Tire. Also, bringing the car in wouldn't have resolved the issue, I need a refund for the money and time I spent due to this issue. Canadian Tire also mentioned that they probably didn't install the tire properly either or didn't use enough of some gel I'm not a tire expert so I forgot what gel they referred to. When I called MB Master, I offered to send pictures of the tire, but they made excuses that my tire was dry and hence any such tire was bound to get damaged. Lol that's not the root case. My tire is almost bald, but that does not mean it's dry. Even if it was dry, you should have told me that you damaged it. Canadian Tire said it's all fine and good to go after they installed it correctly. Incompetent... I would have liked more honesty. Taking the time to see the picture would have helped them instead of becoming defensive. Mistakes happen I completely understand, just wish they owed up to it. Edit: the Damage was so bad that even the Canadian Tire repair didn't help. A few weeks later here I am having to spend close to $1k on new tires and getting them installed.
Got some body work done, fixed rear bumper after accident. Job seems ok but pricing on higher end. They completed job in 2 days. Office was a bit shabby, could be better.
Was quoted a specific price for repair work, day of pick up they said I have to pay twice as much because they “checked other issues” and never even resolved them. Ended up paying more than dealer pricing for a simple issue. Dishonest people and positive reviews are most likely the business themselves.Service: Air conditioning
Ok so there's hardly a sign to find them and unless you know it's there you can miss it...but these guys have been around for decades! Know their stuff. Honest and reasonable! When the service centre at your dealership can't fix it, they send it here! They're that good. You just have to be patient coz they're always crazy busy! But definitely
Took my 2010 ML 350 Bluetec to MB Master last July 2019 ,because a significant quantity of engine oil was disappearing from the engine every 1,500 Km. There were no oil leaks from the engine, as they have been fixed first.Jordan first replaced oil separator $400 cash, no receipt and result was the same. Took it back to him and he replaced turbo unit $1,600 cash, no receipt. Drove the vehicle for another 1,500 km with same result.Went back to Jordan and ,he tries one more thing with my vehicle. He blocked with a C-clamp the oil separator hose and asked me to drive the car another 1,000 km and see what happens.I drove it only 1.6 Km as gas pressure mounted in the engine due to that hose being blocked and all 9 liters of oil were spilled out through the release valve in front of the engine. That is from MB filthy shop down to Bayly St.Engine ran out of oil, overheated and seized in the middle of the road. No power steering and brakes, so my personal safety was at risk.Called Jordan and showed him what happened with his "repair" to my vehicle. He never admitted as being his fault and began to sell me a chip story that this is common problem for Mercedes Diesel engines.I asked him to restore the vehicle back to driveable condition, which he refused.After some discussions with him, he partially reimbursed me for engine repair.That engine was seized and, because of his " Mercedes skills" it was turned into a pile of scrap metal.Having the car serviced with no prior open work order was a huge risk as nothing of what that guy did to my vehicle was documented.We will NEVER service our vehicles to MB Master of Disaster in Ajax.
We were recommended to MB Master by Brad at The Car Shoppe in Whitby. Jordan was great! He repaired our B200 for half the price the dealer in Markham wanted to fix it and they couldn't even tell us what was wrong with it. They said they would start with the starter, $1500 but if it wasn't that they would keep checking other things. We told them not to replace the starter. They had the car for over 2 weeks and couldn't even get it started. We had it towed to MB Master and turns out it was a relay, not the starter at all. And the service technicians at Mercedes Benz Markham couldn't even diagnose the problem but of course charged almost $400 "just to look at it and test it"! Thank you again Jordan for looking after us.
