Luke Hoffman was absolutely amazing in assisting me purchase my new vehicle. Not only was he extremely thorough and transparent, but he ensured I inspected all aspects of the car before making a final decision (he mentioned things to inspect that I completely missed and didn't think of). He was never pushy and was very patient and pleasant during all our interactions. He even sent a follow up email after my purchase to make sure my needs were met and that I was enjoying my new car. He is a lovely individual with wonderful customer service skills. I highly recommend him as your next sales rep.

Got my second car from this dealership and had a smooth upgrade from a versa to a rogue. Kevin and Eddie were amazing from start to end and made sure I walked away the right car and a good deal. Nissan has been a great car for me for the last 3 years and I will recommend this place to family and friends for the car's value and how they take care of their customers.

**Absolutely love my Sentra** Originally I had a few issues that needed to be addressed but now that that's done I wanted to change my review. Service Department is great!! Mike from Sales is the man you want to see about a car. Even though he is young he is very knowledgeable and super friendly.

The people at Ajax Nissan are absolutely amazing! Every time I go in for a service appointment, the staff always remember me and ask how I'm doing. Syd, the Sales Manger is truly an incredible person. He went out of his way to arrange a ride home for us while our car was being serviced as there was no shuttle service that day. Syd always comes over to say hello and remembers even the seemingly insignificant details. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere.

I bought my car a used 2014 pathfinder here. My salesman was Eugene and he was awesome! I’m quite a young guy and what I appreciated about Eugene was that he treated me with respect and he really didn’t push the sale. I can’t express enough how much I enjoyed my experience here. And not just Eugene either, all the staff were courteous and pleasant. It’s a really low pressure non threatening environment. And Habib and Craig the finance guys were also fantastic, and didn’t once let my age affect the way they treated me. I definitely hope to come back here for my next car. P.S. I absolutely love my car. Would recommend the pathfinder to anyone.
