Brought my BMW to Stance Factory to have some work done last month. The owner Jason took great care of my car, very friendly service and most important my car is running like a charm. I would definitely recommend for anyone to bring their BMWs here as the prices are affordable and most important its a very trustworthy company. Keep up the great work Stance Factory!!!

I honestly feel like I wasted my time and money with them. They did not perform a proper diagnostic on my car, they drained the power steering fluid which they alleged was "burnt black" without showing me the colour, or telling me they were going to drain it, and then charge me extra for refilling it. They then attempted to charge me $260 for a full power steering flush to which I immediately declined. Every garage I've been to in the past has showed me proof of things being wrong, especially something so worrysome as power steering fluid being pitch black. It would have literally taken them 5 seconds to show me the proof of the fluid colour indeed being like that. What makes things more suspicious is that I already had a BMW power steering flush with fresh fluid 2 weeks ago (and I confirmed it was the correct fluid used with the previous repair facility). So why would it be black now? Right? I would need to see proof! Very sketchy operation. I had bad vibes just being there. Not trustworthy at all.

I was pleased with the experience I had at Stance Factory, I went in and purchased winter tires but not only was I quoted a great price but I was also impressed with their outstanding service I got. Soon after I bought the tires I had a flat tire due to running over a nail and I was devastated because they were new tires but I called Jason and even though he was fully booked that day, he opened the shop early to accommodate me, advised me the damage was repairable and even waived the charge as good will! I would highly recommend this garage!

If anyone's looking to have their BMW looked at, I can't say enough good things about this shop. It's a struggle to find a mechanic who ACTUALLY knows what they're talking about. Jay is unbelievable; he diagnosed my car and explained in detail everything that was wrong with it and didn't push me to do the repairs. I was confident in his diagnosis and had him repair my car. I'm happy to say I found my new mechanic.
