Anthony did an amazing job today! He was very patient with our tardiness and adding an extra job that wasn't previously discussed. He worked very quickly and efficiently as well. The jobs were all done very well and he was very kind and professional! We were very pleased and grateful for the work that he did to help us, and I would definitely recommend using Mike the Plumber 4 U services! Thanks again!
Out of nowhere with no warning, water spewing from toilet's water connector hose. Shut off house water supply to minimize flooding. Late Saturday afternoon what plumber is going to be available and at what ridiculous price?? Anthony answered my phonecall and upfront explained when he could be at my house and how much a service call would cost. Literally 60min later he was at my house; 30min later had the problem identified and rectified. I paid the exact fees that he had quoted me upfront, with NO surcharge for emergency or weekend service. I found Anthony to be a reputable, reliable and professional plumber...highly recommended.
Called them late on a weeknight because my pipes were frozen and they came the next morning when many other calls I made told me they couldn't come for a few days to a week! The gentleman who was taking care of me was so courteous and kept me posted as to when he would be arriving. When he did get here he was honest and humble and explained to me in layman's terms what the issue was. Did not try to upsell or take advantage. Extremely happy and satisfied.
