Jamie was recommended to us by a friend. We were not disappointed! Jamie and his team were professional and knowledgeable about what was required to finish our basement with great workmanship. One of the many positives about our experience was that Jamie actually cares. Believe me,that's rare We could call him at anytime with any questions regarding the work. I recently purchased an older home and wanted to make a few changes. Jamie at Bruce Clark & Sons was recommended to me by a friend. The project involved 2 new bathrooms, including a complete gut of one, a move of the laundry room to the 2nd floor, an enlargement of the front hall and closet, as well as numerous small changes and enhancements. In addition some major plumbing issues surfaced during this time. Jamie and his team were fantastic partners on the project, enthusiastically bringing creative ideas to the table, collaborating with me on my vision, and advocating for me through any challenges. No request was too much trouble. Everyone who came to the house to work were consummate professionals and really, really nice people. I highly recommend.
We recently completed our reno - front hall tiles and closet, powder room fixtures and tiles, completely new kitchen and mater ensuite - with Jamie and the amazing team at Bruce Clarke & Son. Jamie's team is friendly and courteous, well versed in their respective areas of expertise and incredibly talented. The workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. Working with Jamie and his team made the entire process bearable considering our home was in complete disarray during the three-month project. Step-by-step updates were communicated leaving no questions unanswered. Reliable and trustworthy - this is the team we recommend without hesitation. Jaime was recommended by friends that had their bathrooms renovated. Our reno project involved two bathrooms - ensuite & main, kitchen, powder room, laundry room & front foyer. Home owner did the demos. Jaime and his crew, Chris, Corey, Matt, Paul & Zack performed meticulous top-notch professional workmanship. They even suggested a few minor useful changes to the original plan. WOW factor. Great job guys, thank you very much. Highly recommended.
Bruce Clark and Son did a major renovation on our home throughout 2016-2017 including: building a new kitchen- including new floor, cabinets, counters, lighting, modifying ceiling- a total rebuild of 4 washrooms- ensuite washroom, main floor powder room; upstairs washroom and basement washroom and a rebuild of the main floor laundry room. We are extremely happy with how it all turned out. His staff were very professional and pleasant to have in our home. The cost of all of this work was fair and reasonable. Due to my curiosity just read the previous reviews and they made me really happy to learn that Bruce Clark & Sons are making major renovations as well. Good to know. I am just a small customer but for the last decade I have been solving any plumbing problem or making any unit instalment in my house with this company. And I feel good that being just a small customer I am treated by them as a valuable one. Today I had a minor leak in the basement and Corey came to fix it. In seconds he diagnosed the problem and was ready to fix it. As usual all the necessary parts were in his truck, I didn’t need to wait or to rush to Home Depot to buy any parts. Corey explained me what happened and how he was going to fix the leak. He was very professional, handy and efficient. He didn’t waste a minute though paid by an hour. You know, plumbing is generally a messy job but after the leak was fixed there was no any sign of any mess in my washing room and the basement. As usual I was impressed by a very fair and reasonable pricing. Great job guys! Thank you so much! I wish all the team good luck in business and prosperity. Update as of June 27, 2020 As our house is aging it needs more and more repairs. Last Thursday I found that two toilet bowls were not working properly that could cause me the next bill higher for sure. Due to this pandemic situation I couldn't even hope that my call to Bruce Clark & Son would be answered. Thank's God, the service was available and this family business was operating as usual. So, I was so happy to see Corey next Friday morning. As usual he was very efficient and fixed both toilet bowls in a half an hour. Also, he noticed a small leak in the washing room and fixed that as well. As for the bill I must say it was more than absolutely fair. Honestly, I expected it to be higher and I wouldn't mind. These days, when we all are so nervous and depressed due to Covid-19, such reliable and fair businesses like Bruce Clark and Son do give a hope that everything will be okay. My special thanks to Corey who is not only a highly experienced and efficient plumber but a very nice, honest and friendly person as well.
