Angelo A. came out to fix a blockage after our basement had flooded. We had received the run around from many other people and we hadn’t been able to use the water in our house for 4 days. He was thorough, explained everything to me, showed me his work and he was extremely friendly. He had assistance from Teehan not sure I spelt that correctly who was equally friendly. After a rough experience with the flooding and dealing with so many unhelpful people prior to Angelo it was refreshing to deal with someone who was actually helpful, informative and friendly!!
