When I called, the gentleman was very helpful. When I went in, that excellent service continued. They went out of the way to help me with my project. I was really pleased with both the service and the price that I got from Imperial Plumbing Supplies. Thanks folks.

I have been doing some shelving, table bases and lots of piping stuff . I live in midtown , I went around my area to get some prices , there crazy prices . I googled and imperial plumbing came up , I said myself I’m gonna try it out . I had a price from one of the lowest . The owner was very nice . He said I’m gonna beet that price , and he did . I been going to their shop for the last few most every other day , and I have seen the owner and the employees give customers great advices and they know what they are doing . THis is the best service you can get . Great service great prices .

Worst customer service and frequently over priced . No help when asking for required parts and extremely apathetic. Unless you know the exact serial numbers of what you need don't bother coming here.

Quality parts at discounted prices! I spent 1500$ here that would of costed me over 3000$ at home depot. Stop by here before buying else where!!!

So sad to see such a wonderful institution closing. Lots of sale items now..but won't be for long.

This is more of a place for a knowledgeable handyman or a plumber. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
