I think they have the BEST pizza in Bend. Get it baked or bake at home. Their breakfast sandwiches are also excellent! New owner, new menu . Friendly staff.
New owners I think and open again with longer hours. Take and bake pizza was great, also have option to have them cook for you. Sandwiches and salads. Friendly staff.
Easily my favorite place for a yummy sandwich - ooh and their bagel & lox is soooooooooooooooo good. All the bread is made fresh in-house and during the summer they have fresh produce from their garden.
As you can tell these guys make delicious, fresh baked goods, sandwiches, and a nice beer and wine selection. Unfortunately, the customer service is truly heart wrenching. The owner seems genuinely upset with you for being in his store, let alone if you have a question. I'm not a Karen that nitpicks this stuff, it's truly uncomfortable. I live a block away and would go there all the time if I didn't get the heebie geebies.. maybe he just doesn't like hippies. Worth checking out, because if you don't get those vibes I bet you'll love it.
We live in the neighborhood and are SO blessed to have Midtown close by. The food is amazing. we grab lunch here at least once a week and absolutely love it. The wine selection is great, maybe the best in town honestly.
Family operated, local, organic, and fresh food. I won't put garbage in my body so this is the best place for lunch. They have sandwiches with fresh ingredients and you can taste the difference. The baked goods are amazing and guess what? There isn't 5 different preservatives in them either! The even better news? You don't have to go down town and fight everyone for parking and wait 40 minutes just to order mediocre overpriced junk that labeled super food. I love this place and shouldn't be telling anyone about it, but I need them to stay open so.
Much more than a market! Baked goods and breads are made fresh daily. The Swiss Onion Bialy is downright heavenly. Soups are available frozen or, in fall and winter, hot and ready! Sandwiches on fresh baked bread available, local honey and special treats too. Then there's a selection of wines, beers, ciders, and snacks that you may expect from a market, although the wine selection is surprisingly large! Definitely worth a visit, and you'll likely visit again
The friendly couple who run this local market dole out delicious in-house pastries and made-to-order sandwiches. It's really a local neighborhood gem and well worth the visit. Local ciders and brews along with other items such as local gelato round out the offerings. Great for a take-away picnic to the nearby park.
Great bagels, soups, sandwiches, cookies. Nice wine and beer selection. BUT the owner and his employee have a cranky attitude. I’m almost afraid to ask a question and I feel like I should be apologizing for myself the whole time I’m in there. I keep going back for the food, but I usually feel relieved when I walk out the door.
I just had THE BEST jalepeno cheddar bagel from Midtown Market that I have ever had in my life. The bagel was toasted wonderfully on the outside with a soft, warm center and topped with sea salt. If that wasn't enough, the inside was stuffed with the perfect amount of melted cheese, jalepeno and bacon. Stick a fork in me. 5 stars all the way!
