That drunk guy in the wheel chair is not there anymore unless I'm wrong. Melinda is the one that runs the place and everything has been fine for more that a year now.
NO customer service. missing payments receipts/records . this place should close down. I don't trust my mails to be delivered at this place.
Website says they do FedEx. When I walk in and got the drunk man slight awake, all he could say was "we don't do FedEx". Don't go here if you need FedEx or sober service. Also, the mail slots were all unlocked with mail in them, so I could have taken it all if I had wanted. A passed out old guy isn't much defense for your parcels.
