Closed at 5:30PM when their hours say open until 6PM. I like not having to go to Richmond, but not more than actually being able to retrieve my package.
Quick turn around. Friendly staff that know what they are doing. Always happy to give them my jobs. Loyalty goes a long way
I had an amazing experience. The worker Joseph was so nice and very helpful. I left knowing my package lol was safe and would arrive safely.
THE HOURS!!! I can't get my mail now that I'm working regular weekday hours! With after hours access, I'd give this place 5 stars, but right now I'm paying to have my mail completely inaccessible to me!
Been with these guys for many years and never had an issue of any kind. Never had a negative experience with any of the staff working there. They used to bring in a little dog that would get a bit yappy but I haven't seen Cujo in the office for years. Go with them if the locations suits your needs.
