Doesnt value customer. I have been waiting for almost two weeks to pick up my box. I’ve called their warehouse many times every day, no answer. Called the main street few times as well but all I got is promise that they will call back and contact their warehouse. I called the other cargo, the next day my box was picked up.
Experienced an impolite and rude customer service from the MALE operator Richmond Office. I am a customer for many years and decided not to come back again.
