Always a great experience with the staff and Dr Sharon! We switched to Middle Sackville after a bad experience at a different clinic, and it’s been a huge relief to find such a thorough vet that truly cares for our dog and his health. They are always willing to answer any questions we may have, whether that’s over the phone or through email, and they are proactive with contacting us for annual appointments and/or medication refills. Our dog gets so excited when we tell him it’s time to go see Dr Sharon, even when he’s not feeling his best… I trust his judgement :

We have just moved here from Ontario and needed to find a new vet.  This clinic was recommended to us and we are so happy with the care our dogs have received. We sadly had to send our !4 yr old  dog  to sleep. The vet and staff were compassionate and made this a gentle caring experience. Thank you Dr Sharon Helynck  and staff.

i would give this place 0 stars if i could.. i brought my kitty here because he was having troubles peeing. the DR was nothing but rude, after she told me he was completely blocked she laughed and said well i know what you will be doing tonight and all weekend and proceeded to tell me there is nothing she can do to help because she hasn't got the time and hasn't finished what she needed to get done today. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Front desk staff were friendly and exceptional unfortunately the vet not so much, we were there for the last few moments of our dog's life and were told to hurry up, the bill was passed to me before my dog was even put to rest, I was not even given the option to choose an urn. As for the process the vet needs to realize that these pets were part of someone's family. It has not hard to tell that she has been doing this for so long that it has become a robotic motion for her and lost all her ability to be compassionate for the family members sitting in front of their pet well they take their final breath I will never be back .

Thank You!!! I rushed my dog to this clinic as it was the closest vet to me at the time. My dog got a stick lodged in his throat, he was frantic and struggling to breathe…the team rushed to us once we arrived and took such amazing care of my boy. The did their work and got the stick out with no damage at all! I can’t say enough amazing things about this clinic!

First time going to this vet clinic and was not very happy with the service. My dog was in there because of a bladder leak and once the Dr. Was told what was going on she took my dog out back to see if she could collect a pee to sample. Returning 5-10 minutes later with no luck gave me a 2 perscriptions and said i was done. When paying at the counter i was told it was going to be $228.00 and when i questioned the costs the first one was a $97.00 charge for an Office Exam and Consultation which was not done in my presence. When i questioned that i was told that the exam was done out back when she took my dog for the 5 minutes to get a pee sample which i dont beleive was done. I was not told she was going to be doing an exam, when the Dr returned i was not told and exam went good, bad, or was even done. Knowing that my dog is 11 years old and has very irritated skin, teeth that are starting to decay and should be looked at, and multiple skin tags, these issues would have been brought up by a competent veterinarian if the exam was actually done.

Dr.Sharon saved our dog Sawyer, she is the best. He would not be with us today if it wasn't for her professional help. Thank you so much from our family.

Horrible service Always looking to pad there pockets. My dog has been receiving allergy medication for the last number of years. Now today they want to pad there pockets with an exam.  Time to find a vet that doesn't just care about lining her pockets. Partner already removed her dogs due to the sparky attitude of Dr SHARON  Staff are all very friendly, too bad the vet didn't see what she is doing to her own practice. No wonder they can't get another vet to work along side this vet

This vet is lovely. Friendly ,compassionate and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend and so would all 4 of my fur babies

So I was recommended to go here. I bought a dog for my dad, I live in ontario. I set it up that they have my credit card for any fees. We are to call in weights and when meds are ready they will call and dad will pick them up. Last 2 times I called Mykaela was so rude. She hung up on me in mid sentence last week. Then yesterday I called to see if meds were ready as no one called. I pay 53 00 a month for flee meds alone snd almost his needles  and soon to be neutered. Do you treat sll paying customers so rudely???
