Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Janesville

My wife and I were driving through Janesville and decided to find a hotel. We stopped at the Microtel because we checked out the other hotels close by and thought it looked nice and clean. The man at the front desk was very, very nice. He gave us a great price on a room. We've never stayed at a Microtel before and were surprised at how small the room was (thus the name Micro), but we were very impressed. It had everything we needed and was clean. We didn't have any problems with outside noise and the room was nice and dark. I'm glad we stopped and will definitely stay at other Microtels in the future.

Great service even late at night.my husband and I stopped here the night before thanksgiving because we where both sick and had no trouble getting in. The room was clean and the beds where so comfortable.

Smells like b.o , rooms are dirty they refuse to change the sheets and clean. Stayed 5 days the muffins and coffee were every bit of that old. One night I had to call the front desk due to neighbors being very loud! Last night there we had to leave early because again people were being loud and obnoxious not to mention smoking pot. The hotel is for a one night stay and do not stay if you have kids. It's a weekend party hotel for locals to go have sex and leave. Never again will we stay when visiting Janesville.

The stay was nice. Was less than pleased that an advertised price ended up being 20 dollars more due to "fees and charges".

The bed was comfy, but the pillows were not. The walls are very thin and I could hear multiple muffled conversations through them. Otherwise, things were about what I expected. All in all, not bad for what it is - a slightly spiffed-up motel.
