Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Elkhart

The bed was broken down, so it was uncomfortable. Didnt not have regular coffee, only decaf. The Jacuzzi tub was small, only one person can fit comfortably. Also, the fridge was off balanced. Was not impressed at all and not the money they charged. But, had a great breakfast to choose from and the room was well lit.

Nice room and breakfast.. front desk associate created some frustration charging my card 3 times prior to check out for one night. Had to wait 3 to 7 days for my money back. Otherwise great environment.

Room was meticulously cleaned every day, continental breakfasts were excellent, but they had the same thing each day. Wired internet is a plus and was fast enough for PC gaming. Staff are friendly, professional, and responsive to customer concerns. Will recommend!

I booked a room for two adults and one teenager, but when I got to the hotel to check in, they told me the window seat counts as sufficient sleeping space for a third person. Offered a roll-away bed at an additional charge that didn't fit in the room. Finally got us into an adequately sized room (again for an additional charge) and then charged me for two rooms, instead of the one room for one night. In the morning, found that breakfast was very sparse. Incredibly dissatisfied with this experience and will never stay there again.

I booked two rooms for two nights in May. For personal reasons I had to cancel my trip to Elkhart. Though the cancellation was two months before the planned check in date, the hotel only refunded 50% saying that the booking was made through a 3rd party (Expedia). I called the facility directly. However I experienced unfriendly and unwelcoming response with the advice: “next time book directly”. I never heard any hotel taking 50% of the cost even with cancellation two months ahead!
