I couldn't be more pleased with Dr Jahnke and her staff. I have always been told, "you have to be comfortable and happy with your doctor." You can rest assured, Dr Jahnke is not only the doctor, but is very personable and truly takes time to listen to concerns, as well as offering solutions to your dermatological needs. I would recommend Dr. Jahnke to anyone that is seeking a caring professional !

Do not go here. They are not good at takeing notes with things they have discussed with you and make you come in for extra appointments on the same issue even though I know I discussed my issues with her the first time. This is the 2nd time this happened to me. I don't see why she invites someone into the room to take notes for her when things clearly get missed and I have to keep paying for extra appointments because they can't hire someone smart enough to take proper notes. I think not I'll take my family somewhere else.

Great Dr. and wonderful human! Outstanding bedside manner- I laugh everytime she freezes or burns the problem away! Front staff great- always can get in in reasonable time especially for a Derm!

Dr Jahnke is an amazing dermatologist. She is excellent at quickly diagnosing the issue and gets me fixed up. My skin has several issues and has never looked better! Not only is she a great doctor, she is incredibly kind and understanding. I have been going to her for years. Her office staff has also been wonderful. I have a skin condition that can be very painful and they get me in quickly when it occurs. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dr. Jahnke!

Dr. Jahnke is a wonderful dermatologist. Been going to her for years for psoriasis. Great personality and always making sure my questions and concerns are met. Would highly recommended her.

Dr. Jahnke was nice, but her office staff is terrible. I saw the Dr. one time, she told me I might have skin cancer and told me to come back in 4 months. I never received a bill, I have insurance, and before I went to my follow up visit, they sent a bill to collections and told me I couldn't come back until it is paid. So I am stuck in limbo Wondering if I have skin cancer over a $157 dollar bill.

Michelle Jahnke will charge you a fee for missing an appointment. Be aware. Would not recommend her.

Busy place.Due to lack of other dermatologists in portage took four weeks to see her.Jahnke was very perfessional.I am waiting for lab report to come back.Glad I made the call.
