UH Ravenna Primary Care

Losing Dr. Jennifer Clapper was the worst thing this office could have done. Trying a newer physician there was horrible. 1 When you call, you will remain on hold for 20+ minutes - if they "accidentally" disconnect you, you can expect that wait to be extended. 2 Don't expect your prescription to be called in to the correct place. Without double-checking with me, instead of my mail order pharmacy, my prescription was sent local, costing me extra $. 3 If you are used to holistic treatment, by a doctor who *knows* you and understands you, I don't recommend trying the new physician. He didn't look at my past files, didn't seem to know anything important relative to my care I do not want to go into personal medical details but WOW, I was not impressed by the exhibited knowledge base.

Was just there yesterday for the first time for a medical checkup I've seen Muhamed Jusran and I am very impressed I liked him and his assistant Kaleb was awesome too. I will continue to go here

I'm sorry but this place is a joke. My mother uses this office. She's already been to the emergency room and they want her to follow up with her doctor due to severe pain even walking. The soonest time she can get in is the 18 of August. What happened to having doctor's appointments when you need to see your doctor? This is one of many times. Seriously if your considering using Ravenna UH, save your self and your health and go somewhere else.

Came in for a broken bone around 3-4 months ago had to wait 2 hours while only having 1 other patient in the waiting room

We had a great experience got right in. Staff was helpful and friendly.
