I've been going to Michele's Salon and Day Spa forever - they are the best. Everyone who works there from brand new to veteran gets great training on and off site that keeps them on top of their game and energized. It's such a positive work environment, we clients definitely notice! Holly has been doing my hair for years - she is a genius at her job, I always feel like a million bucks when I walk out of there.

I have been getting excellent haircuts at Michele's for several years. Alicia not only gives good cuts, she helped me grow out my color by putting in streaks of my natural color so I now have natural silver streaked iron gray hair. Well cut, didn't I say? The staff is uniformly pleasant and good at what they do. The atmosphere is happy and i love it that everyone keeps to schedule, unlike many salons where I have had to wait a long time for a hairdresser to finish with a previous client, despite my having an appointment.

I came in with totally botched hair the other day (let a friend cut it) and my beautiful long hair was seemingly ruined. But thanks to Samantha and Holly, I was able to keep my length and holly was a miracle worker with the shears. I mean, a REAL life saver!!!! They just won a loyal client and I've been letting everyone know how amazing the experience was. My expectations were completely exceeded! I showed up in tears thinking I'd have to cut it about 8inches and I left all smiles with an even better look than before it had been messed up! Thank you Molly and thank you Samantha- for such care and skills!

You can also get your hair styled anywhere, but at Michele's your hair is cared for, managed, treated and styled as the most important part of you. The only thing that is cared for more at Michele's then your hair is you! As unique to the Berkshires as the Berkshires are to the many residents and visitors, Michele's presents a part of the Berkshire's that is defined by professional care, excellent customer services and a great end product!
