Healthy, all-inclusive resort/spa. Beautiful facility and grounds. Many fantastic classes and activities. Fitness, personal training, hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking... even snowshoes in winter. Had best massage ever here. Short walk or bike into Lenox for "re-tox" at Alta or another restaurant.

Great spa resort for a complete detox from life. Various activities and exercises for all levels and age groups. Delicious meals provided daily with a cafe open for healthy snacks. Definitely an experience to be had.

Beautiful property that's great for a retreat. The rooms are nice, the beds really comfortable. The programs are very good. I focused on aerobic, weight and yoga type classes. Lots of other lifestyle type classes and seminars also available.

This place offers EVERYTHING you could ask for in a spa--for a price.  There are better places for a la carte service but their all inclusive packages really can't be beat in this area.  BEAUTIFUL facility, top-notch staff and a gated facility so you feel safe.  If you are looking to spend thousands of dollars on yourself for a day, weekend or longer for a pampering or intense training in the most serene, private and exclusive of environments in the berkshires, look no further...
